Residential work is considered, but on a “case by case” basis. NO Emergency response services are offed to Residential Property Owners by NC Real Property Services. Emergency Response capabilities are reserved for the Commercial Properties served.
electrical services / tile and stone repair / non load bearing masonry repair / concrete forming, pouring and finishing / concrete grinding and demolition / drywall repair / painting / wood repair / acoustical ceiling repair / wood and metal framework / welding services / landscaping design, lighting application and maintenance / retention wall construction (load bearing) / janitorial services / window cleaning / water shed control / fixture replacements (faucets, flappers, etc.) / parking lot asphalt patching and striping
“Technician” work (including but not limited to Electrical work): $135.00 per hour
“Technician” work involves installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing systems, machines and equipment.
“General Labor” work: $85.00 per hour
“General Labor” work is physical, hands-on work, that requires experience but doesn’t require formal training.
“Supervisor” work: $85.00 per hour
“Supervisor” work is the over-seeing of day-to-day activities and providing guidance. This fee would be charged in the capacity of overseeing sub-contractors and non-employees of NC Real Property Services, LLC.
